Justin Thomas wins his second major championship at the 2022 PGA Championship at Southern Hills Country Club, in Tulsa, defeating Will Zalatoris in a three-hole playoff after starting the day seven shots behind Mito Pereira. Thomas added to his first major win at the 2017 PGA Championship in Charlotte, shooting a final round of 67, as in the first two rounds, and made two birdies in a one-stroke victory in the aggregate playoff over Zalatoris.
