Non-partisan races frustrate voters because few candidates at this level have the funding for advertising and are most are novices unless they are an incumbent. As a service to Republican voters, Oklahoma County GOP is providing this official listing from the MESA filing system for the Oklahoma County Election Board; words in parentheses have been added by OK Co. GOP for clarification and research. This should help you use social media and word of mouth to learn more about the candidates you would like to support and vote for. It is critical to knock on doors in order to gain awareness for your preferred candidates—and remember, people going to the polls won’t be told which person has an R or D next to their name!

Non-Partisan Races Coming in 2022
"America needs a brushfire, a moral and spiritual brushfire. And brushfires burn from the bottom up." ~ Bob Woodson
Re: Non-Partisan Races Coming in 2022
This was a great tool.
I saw a quote at the end of this post by Bob Woodson. He signed it Chair for Precinct 177.
"America needs a brushfire, a moral and spiritual brushfire. And brushfires burn from the bottom up." ~ Bob Woodson
Chair for Precinct 177
I'm curious about when and how he became a Precinct Chair? I had you as Precinct 177 Chair.
Could you please fill me in?
Thank you,
Laurette Cuellar

Re: Non-Partisan Races Coming in 2022
You know Laurette, I may need to change that or at least make it look like that's my "title" - the quote is from Bob Woodson, but I don't think he's a precinct chair, although it wouldn't surprise me if he was. What he's really known for is breaking with the Civil Rights Movement as it became part of the Grievance Industry....always grieving that they represented the people who didn't have this or didn't have that and they needed more money to give those who didn't have anything something - the something never came, but it didn't prevent them from asking for more money and they eventually became very rich on the backs of the work of real leaders like Martin Luther King, Bob Woodson, and Rosa Parks and the like. They never sought money or fame. They only wanted there to be more rights for the next generation than for theirs.

Claire,
Thank you for the explanation. It would be a good thing if you made the quote and your position as a Precinct Chair clearer.
I had never heard of Bob Woodson. I looked through all of my data files for House District 87 Precinct 177 and didn't find anyone with the last name of Woodson. There probably won't be anyone else who notices this.
You're a great Precinct Chair. Thank you for showing us how it's done.
