You must contact the County election board where you live (reside) and you will be contacted by email to take the course and then be examined (it's easy, I promise) and then accepted. To read more click here.

There is a video that you can watch and it will give you all the information you need. It is a big book, however, you can take the book with you to the polling location and if anything comes up, you can always refer to the big book for questions. If you don't feel that answers the questions, you can always call the Oklahoma County Election Board and they can always answer your questions there.
This is a marvelous way to be at the polls and see everything that takes place during election days.
