On Crime, You Must Ask The Right Questions To Get Good Answers
Although this may sound reasonable and obvious, the woke don't always ask the right questions, because the answer isn't what they want. Therefore, when you are investigating a car wreck, asking what color the car is may not be the best place to start determining what caused the accident. The problem in Democrat-run cities is getting worse, not better because the leadership isn't asking the right questions, and therefore aren't getting practical solutions that will cure the problem.
