There's been an ongoing campaign by Bob Linn, President of the Oklahoma Conservative Political Action Committee, to discredit and generally discredit State Auditor and Inspector, Cindy Byrd. This has seemed puzzling to many, and this looks like a fine attempt at discovering the motives and actions of both Byrd and Linn in this matter.
